We've had your guys, Neil, Dan, and for a while Chris, in our house for the past 2 days.
Not only have they been extremely professional in their work, but also their caring attitude towards us and our 2 very excited dogs. They appreciated the fact that we run our businesses from home, so made sure we were aware of when the power would go off and roughly for how long, as well as changing their shoes, as it was raining, to come inside our house from outside.
They left no rubbish behind and tidied up after them. Oh and we mustn't forget James who came a couple of weeks ago to assess what needed to be done, he was lovely as well. It's so good to have a caring team in the house who obviously enjoy and have pride in their work.
